Reality Models and Talent is a full service model and talent agency located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, specializing in print, runway, promotional, voice-over and on-camera talent. Though S.W. Michigan based, our market also includes Detroit, Chicago, Indiana, Ohio & South Central Florida. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Reality Models & Talent's mission is to achieve success for both client and talent.

We have forgone the traditional "headshot" book and created an on-line portfolio for the majority of our talent that can be accessed simply by clicking on their photo. We feel that this is a much better approach to present a variety of looks to you, the client. It is our goal to present the quality of models & talent found in larger markets without all of the 'big city agency' baggage... and with the experience to back it up! We represent both union and non-union actors, and our models have extensive print and runway experience.

Kristi Fitts is the owner/director behind all of this great talent...
Kristi started modeling in college at the age of 18. She started in a small model/talent agency in West Michigan and now has the pleasure of owning her own agency.
Kristi has experience in print, runway, promotional and on-camera work. Some of her past experience includes working for such clients as: Meijer's, Kellogg, St. John, Macy's, Walmart, Coachmen, Pfizer, Gerber, JCPenney, General Motors and so many more...
She has also had the pleasure of completing several feature films such as: 'This Must Be The Place' (starring Sean Penn and Frances McDormand), 'Cherry' (starring Laura Allen), ‘Kalamazoo? The Movie’ (starring Broadway legend Chita Rivera, Dee Wallace of 'E.T.' fame and Mayim Bialik of 'Blossom' fame), ‘The Dread’ (starring Sally Pressman from 'Army Wives' and Ellen Sandweiss of 'Evil Dead' fame) , ‘A Sheer Agenda’ and 'Buddy Bebop vs.The Living Dead'. Kristi was also given the title of official 'Scream Queen' in August 2007!
Kristi is the proud mother of 2 children. Chelsea and Harrison, both of which are in the industry as well.
